I get nauseous when I eat anything with milk in it like cereal or ice cream ..😕😕

Im starting to hate cereal 💔

i got used to eating cereal before any meal && now its like i cant keep it down. i hate it.

it's unfortunately probably a dairy issue I've had the same thing.. I went to a 0?t milk and I don't drink the milk after my cereal.. I cut back almost all my cheese and I eat very little ice cream.. mine was the fat in the products.. but it could be dairy all together it's actually an allergy

I do too, mine just started last week... no ice cream, no milk and I love milk!!!
