just get one of the rubber pregnancy ones to use.

Take out the belly ring, I have mine too but no rings in them because the stretching can cause them to reject due to the metal. They have big bendy ones if it's new so the hole says open but if it's older it should stay open I pop mine in once in a while to keep the holes open
