are you trying to? my daughter was born at 32 weeks. we HAD to get things moving. she had iugr and I have incompetent cervix. if so, spicy foods, sex, walking.
@lakilucid, no no I'm not trying to I just see a lot of other girls trying. I totally understand complications my nephew was born at 36 weeks but was only 5 lb. all I'm saying is if your baby isn't ready let them keep growing.
@elenasmommy, not true at all. my ob said induction wouldn't be good due to health reasons and the fact i was progressing just fine. so to just walk and have sex to help my back labor along. we knew she was coming since the middle of second trimester. i was given two steroid shots for her lungs. she was born via emergency c section as she was frank breech. also some people don't use a traditional doctor. some use a doula or midwife for home birth. do some research before sounding so rude and judgemental. every woman, baby and pregnancy is different. you are only 20 and have a long way to go before knowing everything. hell I'm 24 and still don't know everything. but you are very wrong in this case. learn from it and next time don't come off so rudely.
@lakilucid, i didnt "come off rude" but what I said is facts. If it's a medical NECESSITY to have your baby early then you're doc will induce you period. It's not even possible to induce yourself at home unless the baby was already coming. Your 24? Big whoop 4 years older you must have so much more life experience in your 4 years 😂 lol sorry if you got booty hurt lady. I wasn't judging just stating facts 😊😊😊😊
@lakilucid, also obviously if your baby was already coming on its own that has nothing to do with induction so why even comment or get butt hurt about it
obviously you are far too Dense to even understand what I'm talking about. you are WRONG. pull those big girl panties up and deal with it. clearly you have never been in preterm labor or natural home birth so you have zero knowledge on it. I was going into labor at 24 weeks. I was put on bedrest. I had a c section scheduled for 35 weeks. my back labor started at 32. it lasted for 3 days before becoming active. induction was never an option as she had to come via c section. they didn't want to risk her being born vaginally and having the cord wrapped around her neck and killing her. that's why no medical induction. they made me walk to break the 3 day lapse of back labor. it was at a stand still. also as previously said not every woman chooses a medically run birth. a midwife or doula for home birth will not administer pitocin to induce labor as that isnt natural. they will tell you ways to naturally start labor. you don't know everything little miss. also four years makes a hell of a difference. you will see that when you are older. you are barely out of your teens. you have a lot to learn and that attitude won't fly for much longer. you need to learn to eat that slice of humble pie.
also using terms such as "butt/ booty hurt" when you are told you are wrong shows your lack of maturity. a baby does not maturity make. you still have a long way to go sweety. I just hope life is kind to you when you get knocked down a few pegs when your mouth writes a check your ass can't cash as they say. now, we have congested this mamas post enough. I suggest you go take care of that beautiful baby and I'll be on my leave as well. apologies to @allisongarrett for this little tiff. madame I am truly sorry but I had to correct someone who was spreading misinformation and ignorance.
@lakilucid, a scheduled C section is a form of medical induction hunny if You had a c section then why are you so offended it has nothing to do with you? Writing long unnecessary paragraphs doesn't make you smart. So yes carry on ✌🏽️✌🏽
wow did you seriously just say a c section is the same as induction? Jesus where did you learn your "facts"? your doctor was clearly an idiot. a c section is in no way induction. induction is the process of starting labor. a c section is a form of birth. totally different. my paragraphs may not mean I'm intelligent but my knowledge of basic prenatal care does. how immature and ignorant can you be? Jesus. at 20 I was far more knowledgeable than you clearly are. also you proved my point that one day someone is going to get fed up with your incessant stupidity and attitude and knock you down a few pegs. also learn to spell. its spelled honey not "hunny". as previously stated I was naturally induced. it has everything to do with me. I commented BEFORE you did. you just want to pick a fight out of boredom. well sweety I'm not biting. cast that line elsewhere. have a good day and maybe try to be mature.

Yeah. there's a lot more women now trying to induce labor WAY too early. Healthy babies are worth the wait!

couldn't agree more.. they are being selfish because they want their body back and baby isn't done cooking yet..

It always annoys me when some women call their baby stubborn for not coming earlier too. 😒

^^ Also if your baby needed to come early for medical reasons your doc would induce you...you wouldn't need to try and do it at home.. Js
