ok so I pumped a good amount of milk and put it in my small baby bottle. how long can I keep it out?

yeah!for the freezer use a storage bag though & run that under hot water. for the fridge heat up water & submerge it.

you can put it in the fridge for 3 days & freezer for 6 months!
