I'm at my breaking point... laying in bed crying from a migrane and my back pain won't go away it's been a week and I can't even sleep anymore at night because it's so uncomfortable I've tried Tylenol heat pad ice packs everything nothing has helped. my fiance wants to take me to the hospital if it doesn't ease up within the next hour but I know it's a pointless trip because I know they will say it's just common in pregnancy to have sore hips and lower back and to take benadryl. I just don't know what to do anymore :(

I totally understand nights like that. If your hips are hurting, whenever you can sleep you should try a pillow between your legs. Never fully takes it away but when I don't sleep like that I wake up every hour in unbearable pain. I hope it gets better for you lady 💚 hang in there! I can say it does get a little better, I'm 22 weeks. But some nights are just impossibly difficult.. 😔

I just feel terrible every day because I don't sleep at night and I want to turn to coffee during the day to help me make it through but I obviously have to watch my caffeine intake. it's terrible and the pain in my hips makes my leg go numb so I have to switch to the other side until that leg goes numb... I just wanna sleep on my stomach!! ugh @babymay2016

There are weeks I couldn't sleep and I just cried and cried, but I can say that it gets easier to sleep sometimes. I went about a month not sleeping at all, but now it is getting easier again, and despite the every hour bathroom trips, I can go right back to sleep and sleep for about 10hrs a night. Slowly but surely we will get used to baby's schedule, our bodies are just trying to prepare us. Doesn't make it ANY less frustrating though. My OB and primary care have said it's okay to drink one coffee or soda a day, but not anymore than that. As long as you don't have more than that a day, and drink water the rest of the day, I believe one a day is totally okay.

I do wake up EVERY hour almost on the dot to switch sides when I'm sleeping. But a pillow between the legs really helps with it not hurting so bad. I switch every hour and fall back to sleep pretty quick now.

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
