My name is Jessica, but prefer to go by Jess. I am 23 and trying to conceive with my SO. We have been madly in love with one another for over six years now. We lost our baby due to a miscarriage in 2011 and ended up taking a break for a while due to my emotional numbness, now we are back together and going stronger than ever and talking about engagement when the money is available to do so. I am new to this app and absolutely love it so far and hope to make new lovely friends to support one another. I was on the Depo shot for 3 months and did not go back in for the next shot in Oct. of 2015, we are having unprotected sex in hopes to conceive. Although no such luck yet.

wow that's crazy, I will give them a shot. After I got off the depot I bled for about a month and stopped, well after having unprotected sex a lot I had a period that was like 3 days of really light bleeding. which made me get excited thinking it was implantation bleeding so I took a pg test a week ago and it came up negative, although I have a bunch of symptoms. maybe I'll go take another one soon since I still haven't started my period for this month.

Give them a shot. Read the instructions and go for the digital ones. That's how I was initially clued in that I wasn't ovulating. 3 out of 4 months I never ovulated!

It truly is an emotional roller coaster ride. Well before this time i was trying for a year or so, then got on birth control to help my periods. So this time its been from November to January. I haven't tried any ovulation kits because I have no idea how to use them. haha. thank you very much @erinflaherty818

Jess, TTC is frustrating and an emotional roller coaster. How many months have you been actively trying? Sounds like November-January? Have you tried the ovulation predictor kits yet? If you need any support or advice, I'm here. Been there done that.

IUI Monday!! So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years!!! It was a good thing we picked up a trigger shot before we left too :-)

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Adding friends due last week of October! If you are due the last week of October shoot me a friend request, if I have not sent you one already! I thought it'd be neat to check in with one another and see how similar/different our weeks are going. I feel like the women that are due in the beginning of the month are so much farther along than I am, that I'm just curious if its my individual pregnancy or the difference in weeks that we are all in!
