You have not a thing to worry about, you will have well trained doctors and nurses at your side. Pregnancy and delivering a baby is an amazing thing, just enjoy it :)

Don't let stuff like that trouble you. Just enjoy the moments that you have now. We all are taking that risk but just believe in God and you will be okay. Enjoy the Now not the what could happen.....

tbh maternal death is so rare these days. that should be least of your concerns. don't worry too much. stress is bad for you.
