So my MIL thinks my baby is spitting up after feedings because I drank ice water & had some cold grapes .. instead of room temp water. 😡😤 Spitting up is natural. She's only 4 weeks old. 😑 Even my pediatrician said its normal. She's breastfed and its all natural
Ugh. She honestly makes me feel like a bad momma.
Momma's that Formula Feed.. Do your babies spit up after? And if they do how much? My daughter will be fed and burped and she'll spit up an hour or two hours later and its a lot. Anyone else experiencing this?

I breastfeed & My baby keeps spitting up small chunks of milk in her spit up :( Its happened 3 times this morning.. could it have been something I ate? I feel bad...
My 3 month old is throwing up all her milk ! I'm so tired of seeing her spit it all up..Her ped doesn't seem to mind because she's gaining weight! But this time she spitting up more then last few months ! Help what can I do ?

That is a horrible old wive's tale lol she needs to just shush haha it has nothing to do with that, baby's spit up for PLENTY of reasons and that's certainly not one of them 😂

@hellosweetie, seriously girl. I am about to rip my own hair out! I had ice cold water ONCE and grapes ONCE yesterday . she would not still be spitting up because of that like seriously ?! also my pediatrician said its completely normal for babies to spit up she's not fuckin vomiting or anything bad !! its normal colorer breast milk and she's fine! ugh..... sorry I'm slowly losing my patience with my MIL. She wants to find any reason to point the finger at me when its not my fault

No it is not your fault! Baby's honestly just have a hard time keeping it all down sometimes! They burp and a little comes up...they wiggle too much and a little comes up...they eat too much and a little comes up lol it's perfectly normal, please drink all the ice cold water you want and eat those damn grapes! The temperature of your food and drink has nothing to do with breast milk 😂😂😂 ugh these people are ridiculous....

Ugh that would annoy the hell out of me! My MIL already tries to tell me what i can and cant do. I politely say , "No, thats actually untrue" and smile 😊 lol they think we're clueless! I dont care, i tell my bf when its getting on my nerves lmao

Lol just politely tell her when she's wrong. I would lol. Lately she's stayed away, but man when she gets to talking she dont stop.

Just let it flow through one ear and out the other, your doing great mama! Spiting up is perfectly normal! Just keep trying to figure out your best way to burp her, it'll really reduce the amount of spit up. When my little one was that little I could hardly ever burp her but my hubby could. I was being too gentle I guess, just gotta figure out YOUR best method. For burping and everything else in motherhood. No two mommies are the same!
