@xtianaaax, it's not as bad as it could be considering I have been slowly lowering dosages but it's like ever since I've been completely off of it I feel like crap. A psychiatrist prescribed me these dosages to get me off but I'm still going through withdrawal! better to go through it now then see my baby addicted to this when it's born.

I had to come off seriqual, trazidone and Xanax. It can be tough but you will be ok. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water, yes it's more trips to the restroom but it can help you. Good luck, prayers for you

@txkitten83, Wow God bless you! 3 meds? sheesh. I'm going crazy over one. and once I'm done with the withdrawal symptoms of the Geodon, with Lexapro I'll go through the same thing. but it's all for my baby right? Oh and do you know if this harms the baby?

my psychiatrist said as long as you are gradually dropping off its fine but don't just quit taking them it can actually harm you and/or the baby. I actually decided to stay on my zoloft that's the only med I was ok staying on.

girl I wish I could have leaned myself off my medication. I was taking Paxil which I was told u had to stop cold turkey and I was so sick with withdrawals for only 2 weeks thank god but it was hell. just know there is light at the end of the tunnel. May sound a little weird but exercise helps a lot and just make sure you drink a lot of water to cleanse your body.

@txkitten83, I went from taking 60mg twice a day to 40 2x a day to 20 2x a day and now I'm on nothing. Still withdrawing. I'm not really concerned about myself but more about the baby.

@crystallorraine, 2 weeks?! I think I'm going to go insane before then :( I can't even eat. But I'm dehydrated so I will drink more water since that's the only thing I can tolerate!!!! thanks so much for the advice ladies.

I know what you mean I was on xanax and Zoloft with my last it took some time but I was okay and my son is healthy I pray you and baby are okay

@mommabear33, I'm in bed right now, freezing and sweating at the same time. Hungry, but cant eat. This is absolutely horrible! How did you ladies deal with this? 2-3 weeks of this????? I can't!!!!! Please tell me with each passing day it gets better :( I saw little bean on an ultrasound today and he or she was fine. mommy is suffering! :'(
