im haveing some off and on cramping in the left side of my body. not having any spotting or anything just so cramping what could that mean. im 20 weeks tomorrow could ot just be my imagination
could i be having a miscarriage So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days

ok this is my third child but i dont remeber feeling this with my first too i just dont want to loose this baby you know. i had a miscarrage back in feb last year so i get a little paranoid with this one. @momma312

Totally understand Hun I know when mine would hurt like that as long as there was no bleeding my doc would say it was round ligament pain. If you're real worried give them a call and explain what's going on Hun :)
