im haveing some off and on cramping in the left side of my body. not having any spotting or anything just so cramping what could that mean. im 20 weeks tomorrow could ot just be my imagination

have any of u lovely ladies tried the intelligender test and was it accurate for you. i find out in a week what im having but i thought id give it a shot and see what it says just for fun
