My main concern for Noah is for him to be bullied or judged because he will be a mixed baby. His dad is a Pacific Islander (Chamorro) & of course I'm white. He will most likely have that golden brown skin and I can already tell he has the Chamorro features. I just want him to be a strong person and not be ashamed of his cultural backgrounds.

@mommy.aguon, I live in amarillo it's the bible belt of Texas I know what you mean people can be ruthless.. I came from a small town in michigan and I still get funny looks for being colored until they know my last name. my grandparents are well known
They think my boyfriend is Hispanic because of his color. Haha. It just sucks especially living in the south and a small town. People are ruthless! I'm going to make sure he is known he was made with love and grow up to know love. @aphrodite2014 @lilfree16 @babybates16
My baby will be mixed too. I'm black/Cuban and Dad is white. I will teach my kid that no matter what the world think, he/ she was made in love. The world is a cruel place, but we have to teach them to love themselves no matter what.
I'm mixed and have grown to learn to handel the situations that arise I'm so mixed that most people think I'm Hispanic and I'm far from it.. my fiance however is white with a dash(not enough to claim) of native american.... I'm concerned being in the area we are that my son will be judged also, but I plan to raise him to be proud of what he is.. even if he is hinze57 hahaha
yeah.. my children will be full black ( that i know of lol ) i have a hard road ahead of me.. lol

more than likely it will happen.. the ignorant folks group all brown tones together.. =) melanin is nothing to be ashamed of.. . im trying to get the courage as we speak with the talks i have to have with my children
