I have such a bad migraine. I can't stand light so I have to stay in the dark. It's pretty much only on my left side. Any one have any suggestions? Tylenol is not helping and it's killing me.

no problem :) glad I could help....the caffeine gets your energy going while the hot water counter balances and helps you relax.....it gets your blood moving all while taking the pain away.....I've done It sitting in the dark in the bathroom same thing with the light off though until I knew it didn't hurt to see the light.....I just out the light on in the hallway so I don't fall or hurt myself getting out of the tub....good luck

I know this may sound odd but it works wonders for me during pregnancy.....take your Tylenol like normal get a hot cup of coffee or hot tea whichever you prefer run a hot shower and sit in there on the floor....letting the hot water run on you....I'm prone to migraines and can't take my normal medicines....this is the only thing I found that worked....while you are in the shower drink the coffee or hot tea......it works amazingly you will start to feel your headache go away I promise its a life savor
heating pad on the back of your neck. works wonders for me and helps me sleep

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I Took This And Got This! I'm not sure if it's an Evap line or wat!!? Any idea? I did take a different kind and it was Negative!
