tea tree oil shampoo & conditioner! my 4 year old got lice from school and passed it on to my 2 other kid's it was a nightmare! tried everything . when there in the shower and had rinsed off the shampoo I put on the conditioner and combe there hair out with that lice combe also once done I blow dry there hair add some hair oily stuff and again combe... I wash everything constantly and it is working like a charm I notice my 4 year old ain't scratching her head as much.

try this stuff called vamousse it is a hair mousse that kills 99% of eggs and lice ! that was the only thing that worked for me. it's like 30$ at walgreens but worth the money. then put tea tree oil in your shampoo to prevent it from coming back.
