I feel contractions starting again should I do squats to see if it helps them to keep coming

I think you are right maybe I shouldve never jumped in shower I just think my body needs drugs to get things started I don't think she will come on her own @babycasey

as far as hot water, they may subside because hot water relaxes your muscles

I did it until I started cramping then I went walking.... by the time made it back to the room I was in contractions vwere 4 minutes apart and in about an hour or two I went from a 2.5 to amidst a 4
