Dumb question...should I have a birth plan if I'm having a C-Section? I didn't have one at all with my son because I know nothing ever goes to plan, but I don't think there's anything that needs to be planned, rignt?
Am I the only one that does NOT have a birth plan? I mean I just plan on going with the flow really...
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Planning on another baby...? So for my first time moms when do you plan on having your second child?

if you are alert you want to stipulate what happens when baby is born. like if you want immediate skin to skin. if you plan to breastfeed you want to make sure baby is with you as soon as you get to recovery.

There may still be some items that are still in your control. Google birth plan templates and take a look at what may apply to you.

@emily18234, and being that you won't be able to eat or drink until after. You can ask for something like a clean wet rag for your mouth so that your not uncomfortable during the c section
