just remember to stay laying on your back the whole time. I guess if you lay on your side then the epidural won't work right. lol it was so wierd when I was all numb. I kept moving my toes to make sure I could still move them lol. Are you having a baby girl or a baby boy? :)

Lol I couldn't feel anything. the epidural numbs you from the top of your belly all the way to your feet. it was great. haha. I thought the needle was going to hurt really bad. but it wasn't bad at all. are you thinking of getting an epidural? :)

I did wing it through my baby girls birth. I didn't know what to expect especially since I was getting induced. they let me get an epidural when I was at a 3 and let me tell you, it was great. I was scared for sure but when I came to pushing I don't think I even made one noise lol.

@mommyofaking I just feel look like you can plan all you want.. but more then likely things won't turn out as you planned... you just never know when it comes to these situations. && when you in so much pain all you worried about is get the baby out.. forget everything else lol
Lol I never had one and don't have one now, it's a waste I just told my doc, no epidural and no visitors until baby is completely out and scored and in my arms

My only birth plan was me telling my doctor.. It's really important to me to be able to breastfeed, if I don't I will be heartbroken. An then I told him I want an epidural. Lol

Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
