ive not been able to sleep. maybe 3 hours a night no matter how hard i try. also ive been really thirsty. i mean always thirsting. my grandma who is a nurse suggested it was my blood sugar, which ive taken all day after means and my levels are 90 (perfect.) and im just now getting the shakes. like quivers and it almost feels as if i have flu like symptom chills and aches. i have no idea what to do. any ideas ladies???
