Help mommas! 😓 Woke up with an engorged boob! Tried to feed my son but he wouldn't take it. At this point it was hurting really bad so I pumped to try and get relief. but As I was pumping hardly any milk came out and my boob feels like it has lumps and still hurts! What's going on?!

You just start at the top of your boob and squeeze and work your way down to your nipple and keep gently squeezing.

If i drank one beer and then pumped right after or waited a hour and pumped would it be out of my boob so i can breastfeed no judging please!!
Hand expressing in or after a hot shower helps a lot.
