a lot of times people give up cause they worry baby isn't getting enough and they supplement with formula and the more you supplement with formula the less your body will make (supply and demand 😊) sometimes there is legit reasons that one has to supplement but just listen to your body and docs @princess_intheoven16 you will do fine!! 👍

the more you feed the more milk you make, so feed baby a lot.. it may seem like all your doing is feeding but it is laying the groundwork for a good supply

don't be afraid to ask questions and talk to lactation specialist's, that's what they are there for.. @princess_intheoven16

for me the first 3 months were the toughest, after that it's smooth sailing.. @princess_intheoven16
