Had my membranes stripped today and that was painful! Been cramping since so maybe I will go into labor. Anyone else go into labor quickly after membrane sweep?

Yeah it hurt for me too, I would have done it again but they scheduled my induction instead. Being induced really sucks though so it might be worth it. I ended up being in labor for 16 hours

I went 2 weeks after my membrane sweep. I cramped and spotted a little and that was it. Ended up being induced. Sometimes it works and sometimes you have to do it more than once. Good luck 😊

I got my membranes stripped with both of my babies and 1 was about a week after and the other was about 1.5 weeks later (his stubborn butt was 2 days late lol)
