I was doing my hair and makeup in my restroom and instantly got really hot. Came to the room and started freaking out, telling hubby to plug in the fan started hyperventilating, and he bought me water. This happen to anyone else?

Yes!!! I feel like I'm in menopause already! Specially at night, I wake up and take all the blankets out of me and I'm sweating. I could never sleep without a good amount of blankets before
