any advice for PUPPS? I'm restless over it.

I am 34 weeks and 6 days, and I literally got PUPPS when I was around 24 weeks.. Pine Tar works sometimes, after I lather and get out, I use cocoa butter and Aloe Vera lotion.. that seemed to work well, til NOW. it's gotten bad I'm so itchy I cry at night. I can't sleep, and I look like a zombie bc my eyes look so bad from lack of sleep. any advice? benadryl DOES NOT work.. I've tried EVERYTHING. PLEASE HELP.

I have my glucose test scheduled for April 1st. my mom said I shouldn't get another sonogram because they don't do them that far into pregnancy... after that appointment my appointments go from monthly, to biweekly.. I read you still get sonos later in pregnancy, but she says no... any help? I'd like to see my son at least one more time! lol
