Any remedies/ideas on how to relieve a sinus cold without meds?? Don't have the confirm that I'm pregnant yet, but with all the symptoms and everything I don't wanna risk it. I just need some kinda relief, this cold is a killer.
Oh God I am so worry for my baby and this cold. I really don't want him to get ill because of this cold he is so nice and warm now but when he will come out it will be December and it will be very cold outside. Is that okay to don't take a baby outside till it gets a little warm outside or I have to take him out even if it's cold outside as they do need fresh air. I don't know so confused and worry 🙁

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
some girls should shut the hell up .. they always say if you don't have something nice to say then don't say it ! I hate judgmental people with closed minded views .

gatorade and orange juice. make sure you take in plenty of fluids and rest as much as possible

Thank you, thank you. I'm definitely giving them a try! So far I've been doing just Vicks vapor rub, but we all know that can only help so much..lol.

Warm honey and lemon work best for me just be careful cause what I thought was a cold or just my sinuses ended up being a sinus infection and I had to take antibiotics to get rid of it
