The last few nights I've had trouble falling asleep due to acid reflux, and waking up literally 20 times in the night choking on acid and nearly uncontrollably projectile vomitting across my room. And every morning my throat is extremely sore from this shit. 😕

Do you take ranitidine? I also have the problems you are describing, but it does help quite a bit and is safe to take every day during pregnancy 😒 hope this helps you.

@babymay2016 all I take is a bunch of tums, drink shit loads of water, and not eat anything i know is super acidic, can i buy it normally like at walgreens? I'm willing to try anything at this point!

Oh girl literally EVERYTHING gives me acid reflux, and tums don't work whatsoever for me. You can pretty much buy it anywhere over the counter! My OB has said it's okay to use every day. I take one right when it starts to happen, and sometimes wake up with it really bad an take one. I also use tums with it and drink milk, but those alone don't help the FIRE. Ranitidine will definitely help a LOT.

Takes about 15 minutes to work for me. If it still won't go away I drink some milk and take some tums and I feel better for about 12 hours. I wouldn't be able to sleep without it because I wake up with it bad every hour too.

@babymay2016 pretty much everything gives me it too, which is getting ridiculous. i get it the worst at night so of course it's more overbearing trying to sleep with it. thanks soo much though, I'm going to go look for it tomorrow. i absolutely can't stand another night of this!

Take omperezole! It's an over the counter medicine! I promise works wonderfully! You'll be so mad that you didn't find it before now. Cvs/Walmart/heb/target they all have it. @tiffanigypsy8
