Yeah I can't eat before bed anymore or it gets really bad ): for the most part, a small glass of milk or chocolate milk will settle it for at least a little bit. These babies are just so big now smashing our insides. 😒

Mine only happens when I sleep on my right side. I wake up choking on acid in my throat 😫😡
Yes!! Mine is always at night!! I take a Zantac before with and drink a glass of milk, and if that doesn't help and baby B (I have twins) will let me, I sleep on my left side not right.

Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
