Did anyone suffer from really bad backaches at 10 + weeks? I find that since I turned 10 weeks after standing/walking…

I had back ache from around 12 weeks when sitting or lying down on my back for long periods of time

Ive been thinking of you all day today lol don't know why but i kept thinking "Gotta send Ceecee a message to see how shes doing". I did get a little backache at the beginning too. Do you have a pregnancy pillow ? They are like heaven x

@planner26, it's been a while since I had my son but I don't remember ever having the pain, do u know why it's caused? @kendricksmommy

I dont know brands but make sure its a full body U shaped one ;) x

Oh wow! Look how much he's grown 😯 such a cutie!! How many months is he now? And my son is brilliant thanks I had to apply for his primary school last week for September 😭 I don't know where the time is going I just want to hold time still for a bit lol @kendricksmommy xx

@ceecee190, I have something called PGP. I'd suggest going to the doctors because it only gets worse :( I've had physio for it. I find that heat packs are a life saver and a birthing ball and make sure you have a supportive mattress as well as a good pillow x

Pelvic gurdle pain is what I have and it started in my lower back at 12 weeks

Ohh I'll definitely speak to my doc about that then because it gets so painful u can't bend down @planner26 X

Yeah it's best to get it sorted sooner rather than later because then you can prevent some pain

How will they be able to know if u actually have pgp will they do tests? @planner26

No, I just told them my symptoms and went through physio and they diagnosed it as that x
