Any mommies here on WIC? We have our appointment on Tuesday morning and I was just wondering if anyone knew what you get on WIC? I know they pay for formula which is good since I have to supplement
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
does anyone know if I could get a breast pump if I have medi-cal? wic already said no
I hate having to use my WIC stuff I get embarrassed when there is a line behind me but I am so thankful for it. Got all my wic stuff then a few extra groceries, a whole shopping cart full really for $12 after using my wic checks.

they will give you basic food groceries, fruits/vegetables, milk, formula, baby food (when baby is older), juice, cereal, whole grains, beans, yogurts and some others.

I just called and made an appointment, and they told me they would need a proof of address, my I.d. Card, my daughters Medicad card (because she's on Medicad) and my daughter

I'm on it! I'm 23 weeks pregnant so I don't get formula yet, but I'm breastfeeding anyway. I actually just got my card a few days ago. This month I got celery, yellow squash, honeydew, two pears, a mango, two jars of peanut butter, two cereals, 1.5 gallons of milk (I can still get three more), yogurt, eggs, three juices... and I can still get a couple more things on my list that I didn't get. You get $11 for fruit and veggies each month, so it's up to you what kind you get
