anyone suggest what i could do to self induce labour? tried laps around the block, up and down the stairs, silly labour…

My mum is a midwife and she said much to her disgust😂 to have sex, but it's something in the semen that can put you into labour, it worked for me with my second pregnancy 😊x

unless gumtree talks a lot of shit sorry for the wrong advice but mind u not all docs and midwives are exactly the same there not always gonna give u the same advice

I was explicitly told no to castor oil. It can cause untold harm to your baby and there's been cases where babies have actually died because of it. It's not recommended by midwives as far as mine was concerned. I personally will not be trying it. I think spicy food, long walks and raspberry leaf tea is all I'll give a go x

they shouldn't of really given u that advice coz apparently if the waters were to break whilst having sex the baby Could get infections
