do u put vasaline on it when u chamge him ? big glob and it won't stick

that happen to my son like the nurse told me to becareful when cinching his diaper especially if its a poppy diaper and I was praying not the get poop all over it and as soon I we were discharge from the hospital we went to my moms and he poop all over and I try to change him but I couldn't because he was crying in pain like a lot so I asked my mom to change him my boyfriend was also crying because iT broke our heart to hear him cry

Make sure you put tons on Vaseline on there! What I did instead of putting it directly on my son I just put a bunch on the diaper, I put a bunch in the front of the diaper. I was scared that if I touched it I would hurt him. So that really helped

don't I know it, I had both boys circumcised, it heals before you know it, it's like one day you change his diaper and like wow don't need the vasiline anymore lol

he should be fine though, I know it's hard not to but I wouldn't stress to much about it

ok yeah that helps a lot, put a good size glob on him every diaper change that should prevent that in the future
