Today starts my new moderation diet. If you're anything like me, you put about 2 servings on your plate. I also am doing a new kettle ball work out. 50 pounds is my goal.
Just watching how much you eat and what you eat. Doing kettle ball exercises (you can Google them ) I haven't worked out all the details but in determined. Lol. @jnh199243
@jnh199243 I've tried diets in the past. I lost interest but this one seems like one I can do. I've been overweight. I was on Depo for awhile and gained 40lbs. Then I got off of it and got pregnant with Ashlyn. So I really hope this one works. I'll keep you posted.
well determination is a good start. I'm actually worried about my weight during my pregnancy because I am already so heavy and this is my 5th child.
