@jasminedw, some will say as long as it's healthy give into it however if you google what do cravings mean it will usually tell you what I just did and there are charts to give you ideas on what to eat that's heathy that will also satisfy your cravings... and give your body the nutrient it wanted

no your not lol. if you dont want to eat a lot of salt try gatorade you might be missing electrolytes

I ate dill pickle chips alot.. I was a salt eater before pregnancy but craved it for part of my second trimester, I just satisfied the craving because that's usually what they say to do because the craving could be your body telling you your lacking a particular nutrient it needs to process even while not pregnant..
