put in and when u go to mediation take those proofs as well!! u have to make copies of everything u will file u have to give the original papers to the judge and u have to make a copy for u and a copy for him of everything u file!! and u have to have him served u can not serve him it has to be someone else!!

mediation is so u guys can try to reach an agreement and if u guys do then that same day u guys go back into court if u don't then u will get another court date and the judge will decide for us guys so make sure if u have proof of bad things the father does or if he threatens u in any way take those with u file them with the papers ur going to

no the most u will wait is 1 month to 2months it's just depends if the judge has lots of cases but ur first court will be like at 8:30 and it will be short because the judge will send u to orientation and then mediation then back to court
