This is gonna sound stupid but... Is it okay to eat a poppy seed muffin??
I know it shows up as a drug in your urine but other than that, is it okay??

you have to eat A LOT of poppy seeds for it to show up in as a drug on a drug test

yeah that's mostly just an excuse drug users use. you'll be fine.
