I feel stupid for asking but I'm wondering if it's safe to take Tylenol PM or even Melatonin for the next two days so I can get a decent nights sleep. I'm so anxious/excited about having my son Monday ... I can't sleep !

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
I'm sleepy but I'm so uncomfortable!!!😩😩😩😩,.. Soooo I guess I'll see who else can't sleep???

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤

I think you're supposed to stay away from sleep-aids, I know melatonin says to ask a doctor before use if you're pregnant. I wish they would induce at will for moms who are near their due date! I am so sick of waiting!

I took children's Tylenol....but Drs say it's okay to take regular Tylenol. It's safer in later pregnancy than it is early on I only took it for a week when I was about 20 weeks because I was having a lot of kidney pain.

I swear by unisom!! My doctor told me its perfectly safe to take, won't affect baby at all 😊 before I got pregnant I had to take prescription sleep aids, stopped when I got pregnant. Even those didn't work as well as the unisom over the counter. It does take like 2 hrs to kick in (I take 2pills), but after about an hour and a 1/2 I can barely keep my eyes open haha
