as long as you live under her roof , its her rules .

That's the thing I try moving out and she said that if I do she will call the cops and say I ran away. She grounded me because the house isn't cleaned and cause I try to cook after 7. I'm pregnant in hungry all the time I'm gonna want to eat I clean my parts all the time on time

Do you live with them or in your own home? And if you do live with them do you pay any bills or buy your own food daily or pay for the electricity you use or water or anything......Lol. You are not an adult yet hunny. Age is nothing it's more to being an 'adult' than being 16/17. If you was my daughter and I saw this I would come knock you upside the head...... Lol.

Well sounds like you need to get a job and get out on your own. Otherwise her house her rules.

you are still underaged. being a new mom dosent nessacarily make you an adult. and she can keep you there as long as she wants. it is her home. and you dont want to be charged eith child endangerment. and this should not be your time to go out sweetie, your a mom now. you dont really get that time anymore. you should be thinking about your child not your friends.

@emgxo, and yes I do buy food and I pay my own bills even though I'm never home to use any of this @sexxymama83 I even help pay some of there's like there phone bills

when I was that age I thought I was so grown too, and in hind sign my dad was totally right every time he punished me. I thought I knew everything about being an adult, but I didnt, I was stupid. enjoy childhood while it lasts.

Girl , I wish I still lived at my moms house . lol I had it hella good ! Now I know why my mom was so strict with me bc she didnt want me to be in this predicament too soon in my life . (everyone is happy of course) ☺ BUT 17 , youre still a Kid whether you like it or not . if you "leave" youre considered a runaway . You'll thank your mom in the long run. its tough love. @sexxymama83 You are definitely on point !

And that's good you should help your mom out. It's all about respect. Not trying to harp on you or anything but being 16 almost 17 doesn't make you a grown up. And even when you are grown your mom will and should always remain respected. You will understand once your child gets here and you start becoming a mother. It's possible she feels some type of way about you being pregnant as well. But like I said if you don't want to deal with it then maybe find your own.

Coming from someone who moved out of my parents house when i was 16 bc i was tired of rules & wanted to be an "adult" that was the worst mistake i think ive ever made. I ended up dropping out of school, working 24/7 & i shuffled from house to house for an entire year before i got myself straight. I would give anything to live at my moms again & not pay for shit. Lol. Luckily back then i wasnt pregnant, I cant even imagine how much stress that would have put on my baby. Just live up the rules as you got them now, bc you'll miss them eventually

I don't mind the rules I always obey them. It's the fact that I do everything here and get put down everyday because of it. I help pay bills and buy food because I'm pregnant I do eat a lot of food when I'm acctually here and can acctually eat. I'm told they don't have money when I need help just to find them going out to eat getting drunk and buying more alcohol for the house. I'm miserable here because I stay depressed because again I'm put down everyday.@everyday I'm also threatened here by my own brother. I don't mind the rules i obey them I come home early to clean. I'm sorry your having to go through that. But honestly I personally still think its harder trying to live on your own when your under 18 only bc you can't rent any places, you can only work full part-time so you don't even make that much money, & even though your not at your parents your still relying on who ever you do end up staying with & 90% of the time they will have rules too. When i left, i ate one meal a day. Sometimes no meals just snacks & water. Thats no way to grow a baby inside you. Neither is walking miles & miles just to get to & from work. Theres just so much that i went through when i left my parents i regretted it almost as soon as i left. But, i had too much pride to go home

Well sorry to hear that but again it is her house and now your little one will be adding to that household. Not agreeing with them putty you down or your brother threatening you but your are still a child and whatever they choose to do with their money is their business. Your just going to have to deal with it until you get your own house. Because even if you moved in with someone they too will still have some type of rules. Heck even when you become grown and a renter the landlord will have rules and things.
