I would you're still healing that's why they say wait 6 weeks unless your Dr said you are healed up and good to go

Yea depending on what your doctor said. I was the same I had a 4 week and he told me I was good to go didn't have to wait for 6 weeks.

I had an appointment at 5 weeks and she said I was good to go.. I would either make an appointment to see or wait a couple more weeks

Well you might want to call the office and double check with him. Just to make sure. Did you get stitches?

Then most likely you should be fine it takes a little longer if you got stitches and the amount of stitches you got.
