i want to have my baby naturally but im scared any tips from moms who have done it naturally with no medicine during delivery or anything like that im due in like 2 weeks + 3 days and im a little nervous shes my first 😕
If you have Netflix I highly recommend the documentary "The Business of Being Born" its about mid-wifery, but it made me soo much more confidence in giving birth naturally. Also "hypnobabies" i have heard is a great technique as well. Women give birth without medication everyday, in every other country besides America, its more common to have a natural at home child birth than it is a hospital birth. So you can totally do it!
I had the epidural and was fine. most woman are fine. for woman who don't get anything for pain, and go all natural, their amazing. they say after having one naturally the other times are easier. but me. nope I'm a big baby. give me the medicine. I don't like pain. and contractions hurt!! this time I'm having twins. no way can I do it with out medicine unless it was a must by the doctor or baby just was coming too soon. twin pregnancies usually end up in c section. so they'll have to give me something. after having the babies your still in pain. tylonal is not gonna help with the pain. you need medicine to help you cope with the pain while you care for the babies, and get moving around. before 6 weeks you'll be back to normal.
I highly recommend a natural childbirth class or studying on your own. Having the tools to cope with the pain is a huge part of making it through! I had a list of positions to try and some basic things your partner can do to help you! :)
a friend of mine told me they messed up her back when they put her epidural in so im worried but thank you girls that helps alot makes me feel a little better:)
I had my son naturally. I honestly don't think it's as bad as people make it sound. I guess it depends on your pain tolerance level. If you want a natural birth don't let people scare you. I've honestly heard worst things about getting an epidural.
I had all four of mine natural no epidural.. I did get a shot of pain meds through the iv but only one shot each pregnancy so I guess it wasn't all natural... I will tell you the breathing techniques I learned in my birth class helped a ton...
