So ive been taking care of my daughter 24/7 changing diapers, feeding her, changing her clothes, getting her to sleep and taking her to her appointments and everything, her father broke up with me when I was 2 months pregnant he then moved to California then moved back to where I am two days after I had our daughter, he asked to come and see her 3 times, he hasn't given me any money to try and help me take care of our daughter or changed diapers or fed her or anything, he recently moved back to California and told me how much he hates me and hates our daughters name and he hates how I get to just take care of her, he looked at me and said once he has a job and his own place in California he's going to take me to court to get 50/50 custody and wants it to where she will go to California every single summer for the whole summer and for every other holiday and school breaks.. He's not on the birth certificate or anything and he treats me horribly.. Idk what to do..

Ps.. Keep up the good work mama! In time everything will fall in to place.
Not to mention, court costs can be upwards of 20k.. So if he's not giving you money now, I don't think he's willing to spend 20k on lawyer fees.
If he's not on the birth certificate, he's going to really really fight hard and long to get that 50/50 and the summers he wants. Don't tell him this, but as long as he keeps not paying child support, he's going to loose. He already seems like the type who won't really fight for her, so, please, don't worry yourself. He already as all the odds against him. Try not to stress over it.
Thank you guys so much! And no he hasn't paid me any child support or anything and I get a free lawyer but he's gonna have to pay a lawyer so I'm hoping maybe he won't fight too hard because I already know he don't have that kind of money
