so I'm 36 weeks today and as much as I say I am ready I'm not....this is my third child and with the birth of my second she had to have emergency surgery the very next day after birth. she had a bowel obstruction because she was unable to pass her first stool through her intestine. it was a long and scary experience she stayed in the nicu from the day of birth and when she was finally able to come home she became dehydrated and had to be pumped full of fluids which was hard to do because of the dehydration they were unable to find veins and she really didn't want to eat. she also had to have a blood transfusion after the second surgery. the second surgery was to take down the colostomy bag that she came home with because her bowels weren't working properly and the reason for all this they suspect was because I had gestational diabetes with her and I also have it with this pregnancy. ...I pray and try to just enjoy my pregnancy but I never thought that Nadia would have undergone that and it is scary that Nylah might too. sorry for the long post but I rarely talk about it to anyone and needed to get it off my chest.
@b4mandi, thank you I really appreciate it
