Okay, so I have some questions for you mommas that have delivered more than 1 kid naturally on your own without being induced. Reason I say that is because With my 2 boys I was induced because of pregnancy complications and have never experienced "labor" on my own. And also I hear the more kids you have the faster they come. So my questions are........ Do you have contractions before your water breaks? Will i know when my water breaks (I mean is it obvious and not able to be mistaken for something else)?? And once you made it to the hospital, how long were you there before you gave birth to the baby?
I fear that I will not get to the hospital in time before I give birth to my baby and that scares me to death!!!
@no3lastone4me, I went because I couldn't handle the pain of them anymore and when I got there I was 5.5 cm dilated. My contractions both induced and natural have never been regular like they should be... And my water they broke with both kids too.
I didn't feel most of mine until my water got broke. I didn't forget to the hospital bc of contractions.
@their.bomb.ass.mom Thank you for replying :) Makes me not as nervous as I was.. I guess I'm just thinking that my water is going to break and there I'll be, home with my son alone and giving birth lol...
They were fairly consistent, around 7-8 minutes apart I think, woke up having heavy contractions, and when I went to the bathroom I had my "bloody show," I waited around to see of the contractions would get stronger or closer, or if they'd stop, and they were to the point that I couldn't handle it anymore so I went in.
@their.bomb.ass.mom @wiccanmommy @dcb012 We're your contractions consistent? Are the contractions the reason you went to the hospital in the first place?
I've only had one baby, so I can't give a whole lot of insight, but my water didn't break on it's own, I had contractions before, then they broke it at about 8-9cm. And I was in labor for about 17 hours. After they broke my water it sped things up tremendously.
My water didn't break on its own with any of mine. However with my last one I walked and worked for 2 weeks at 5cm. It's different for everyone. Mine each came faster after my water was broke. But I've known plenty where their water broke and labored for hours to wait for dilation.
My water never broke with my son! At 9.5 cm they had to break my water, however I did have full blown contractions.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
