try the gummies but be aware they don't have iron so eat alot of iron foods. I had the same thing sucked. and for nausea try ginger ale or a glass of milk

Try taking the gummies they have them at Walmart and you take two a day. It helped during my morning sickness and is a lot more easier. For your nauseousness try peppermints or candy canes, they helped so much for me.

Sorry I meant for them to give u a different type of pill. I was given a sample initially and the dr said if I didn't like them then we could change them. But they worked for me.

hmm maybe that is making me sick too is laying down after eating I get so sleepy all I want to be doing is sleep . @itssteffy21

that is what helped me was ice . also not seating or laying down after eating for about an hour or more.. the first couple of months was pretty bad for me . I had it so bad I had to go to the er because of throwing up so much got me dehydrated and they out me on a diet . small meals 5times a day even if ur not hungry . and gummy prenatals

they actually gave me something for morning sickness when I went because I can't even be around food i get so noxious . what he prescribed me doesn't work so I stopped taking it but what does help is ice or lemonade @itssteffy21

same here ! i got mine at wal mart . and of the morning sickness doesn't go away tell your doctor so he or she can prescribe you something

yea the doctor gave me two types of pills they make me so sick . I have to carry a bag whit me everywhere I go . if it's not me getting morning sickness is my boyfriend I feel so bad lol . @sweetmommy26

Girl one day I took it and I was driving. I puked all over my car 😭😭😭. My husband cleaned it and I felt so bad.. But it's horrible, and I nees to take two different ones 😩. Some days one gets me sicker than the other and vice versa. It's crazy!

try eating food first or try taking them at night before you go to bed I had that problem at first and changed when I took them and stopped getting sick
