Im a first time mom sooo I worry a lot. I'm extremely nervous for my appt on the 14th. i will be about 15-16 weeks and im scared. Idk if my baby is ok....if im eating the right stuff...I haven't been to the gym...i sometimes sleep on my stomach....and i get headaches and stomach pains and still feel faintish (prob not a word). Idk i just have to many questions and im scared. Can anyone ease my mind lol

i dance and sing and talk to my baby. im nervous for labor but im nervous for my reaction to pain. im always been a strong girl and told not to cry sooo idk....and i feel you on the money. i just got a second job lol

Girl I'm the same damn way everyday! My appetite is bad I'm always hungry and get full fast! I'm broke so never can afford healthy stuff so don't always eat good!!! I wonder if I'm not talking to my belly enough and I'm terrified of labor lol first time mommies it's hard

All the things you are worrying about and experiencing, I did too. Honestly it seems so much more difficult than it really is when you don't know what to expect or what to do, I know that 100%. The thing is though, just relax. Its just anxiety and hormones. My diet is awful and I don't drink nearly as much water as I should and I slept on my stomach until mid 2nd trimester before I just couldn't anymore. When it comes to food, just make sure cheeses and juices are pasteurized (which the majority is) and you can drink up to about 2 cups a day of coffee and baby will be fine. Also drinking water is very important but if you can't drink it easily by itself, add flavor to it, like crystal light or even just some fresh cut up fruit. You got this don't stress 😊

im also not in shape. after i graduated in 2014, i didn't have track or a free gym so i just lost it. even with a membership at xsport, i just gave up

im trying to change my eating habits, but i hate water but i always drink it at work that's about it. and how do i bring myself to get back into the gym. And i love tea idk how to cut that down

I sleep on my stomach all the time & I'm 19.5 weeks lol. Don't worry, I was worried too - my eating habits aren't great & even tho I've been eating better I haven't been eating as much or exactly what they recommend, I've been around ppl who smoked cigs near me (assholes lol) & last time I got an ultrasound my baby was measuring big! Perfectly healthy they said. Try not to worry too much mama

I'm going the 7th 4 my 15 weeks check they r going 2 do my blood work pee in a cup as always my BP oh & a pap

girl I slept on my side/stomach up in tell I had her at 37 weeks it's fine Ull both b ok

Your fine I'm 35 weeks during my first trimester I slept on my stomach worked out and etc just make sure to slow down in fast food incorporate veggies and fruits take your prenatals and drink plent of water you and baby will be fine

1 eat what you want minus raw foods lol 2 try not to drink way to much caffeine but you can have it 3 sleep on your belly until you feel uncomfortable you won't hurt baby I promise. I'm sure your baby is ok just try not to stress and do crazy work you know ❤️

I'm 23 weeks & still sleep on my stomach. Don't worry your self. just ask your doc. & most likely whatever makes you comfortable for the most part is fine.
