I can see why some people give up breast feeding. With formula at least you get coffee and other people to feed your baby the bottles so you can sleep more then 3-4 hours at a time.
Then I remember how much better boobie milk is and our bonding experience..that's what keeps me strong In this. I'm only 5 weeks in and I hope I can continue to stay strong.
They say if you can drive, you're good. I usually have one normal size wine glass, sometimes two. But not everyday.
@preggerstone, how much wine do you drink. I had like the smallest amount the other night. I figured wine was the better choice.
Honestly it is a myth about coffee. Obviously don't over do it or if you see signs of baby with intolerance to stop but I have coffee. And wine. You don't have to give up as much as many think. Research on caffeine ссылка

Also gotta say, I haven't given her a bottle or a pacifier at all and she is so well adjusted for her age! Friends and family who have used pacifiers and whatnot all have grumpy babies!!! I don't know what it is, but I feel blessed my girl barely cries!
Almost 4 and a half months strong, it's hard but so worth it!!! You can do it!

thank you all for your support and good wishes. I had coffee tonight and also a coke. MUCH NEEDED CAFFEINE :) doing my midnight laundry with ease.
I've slept more with this breastfeed baby than my other two formula babies. Im 6 weeks in and I wake up 3 times a night. put boob in and fall back asleep. he unlatches when hes done. don't give up!!;)
I drink coffee and breastfeed! I don't know what it is, but once you get to three months, it's a lot easier! just hang in there girl! you got this (:
It is very hard! I am 2 months in and never thought that i would miss doing so many things by myself with TWO hands lol it's challenging but totally worth it for the bond it creates and the experience! I am trying to make it to at least 6 months, without going crazy.
really? I was told no caffeine.
how much can you have a day? @damiensmommy2015
I been breastfeeding for 13 months it's a great bonding experience I wouldn't change it for the world my daughter is so close to me
