My Man Says Its For People How Have A Lot Of Money And Can Afford To Wait To Start Preparing, But I Disagree, Sometimes!!
you don't have to spend a lot of money on a gender reveal. it can be expensive if you make a party with a big awesome cake and decorations all over and all that stuff you know. mine was so simple my family , few close friends, hubby and I.. we had fun !! I bought to packs of lil tiny purple baskets at the dollar store then I put inside each one a blue covered almond with 2 blue m&ms; and a lot of pop corn on top of it to hide it. then everybody came and I put some music related to baby gender and they started eating the pop corn all at the same time to find out ! they went crazy about my sister dropped pop corn all over the place jumping and screaming. you can see my posts .
we did a gender reveal cake with the family on christmas. it was alot of fun!
My Man Said He Doesn't Wanna Do A Gender Reveal Cause He Wants To Start Buying Things As Soon As We Find Out The Sex..
my family gets together for birthdays every few months.. we waited and just had some of our family there and i baked the cupcakes for the birthdays and made only one of them pink so they had to eat them all.. it was inexpensive and worked :) i just told our family not to put anything on social media until we could tell everyone important first!
You don't have spend a lot of money it's not a baby shower!! But YouTube has great examples

So we did a gender reveal around 20 weeks (even if you just did something small with your family or his or both we did one cake for mine and one for his same cake super easy and cheap )and we did the baby shower at 29 weeks but that's bc I didn't want to do it around thanksgiving and Christmas bc our family travels . I'm actually thankful I did it earlier now bc I was able to save up money for the things people didn't buy us . Instead of rushing last minutes ..But traditionally people wait till about 32-35 weeks it's really up to you though
he doesn't think the gender reveal will be expensive he thinks the time gap between the Dr knowing and then us finding out will cost us time and in the time we could already be buying stuff.
