okay I am strictly breastfeeding but I want to celebrate with a drink, with my fiance and mom. would one wine cooler hurt or should I pump and use a soothie bottle

It's safe. Shoot honestly you could have more than one and still be fine. Just don't get wasted. & if you do get drunk just wait till your sober to feed the baby you don't have to pump and dump. That's a waste

yes you just need to wait 2 hours after drinking to feed or pump.
