It's a pretty fair 50/50 shot from what my doctor told me. No harm in trying out some old wives tales.. ex: male sperm swim faster, certain positions, eating meats.
I really wanted a boy but I didn't try really as far as what days to have sex.but I conceived the last day fertile day and I have a boy. it all depends on the guy sometimes
