What is good for back pain? Its mainly my lower back. Its to the point where I can't sleep. 😨😰 I'm only 17 weeks pregnant with my second, and I've been told the second one is harder, but that gives me no help with the pain. 😱😭

@maddygrace720,  omg yes! except I got the epidural as well and the cold makes my back feel so relaxed. Its just this pregnancy making it kind of hard for me since my son likes to play and I pick up after him. 😒😭

@babym0314, I'm waiting until I'm further along to get a massage since there is pressure points to put you into labor. it's like why not go into labor peacefully you know? lol I think that's just me

I have crazy back pains too..mine in my spine I swear it's from my 1st pregnancy...I had 2 epidural with my daughter and ever since I have back pain and now it's worse 😣 and I'm only 17 weeks too...got a long way to go...@little.family,
