Talk to her about how it makes you feel when she does it. My mom hasn't been her for me the past few years (most important years of my life too) and now she's in prison and might be out by the time my daughter turns one. She's only seen her a few times
If she's *not making payments and you're on top of paying for it and it's in your name I would say you don't need to let her use it.
Cut her off. My mum only calls asking about my first born.(who she didn't want me to have). When I had to deliver boy # 2 at 29 weeks she asked my husband if I could get an abortion instead. Needless to say we don't talk to her. She ran into my husband at the store and she came to my car to talk to me and I drive off. I think if someone hurts you, they don't need to be in your life.
