I workout everyday, and eat super healthy. and drink tons of water!! I've never had any until pregnancy.. and I've only gained four pounds at 27 weeks so far too. ugh. lol
Agree with above 👆👆 lots of water. Also, just toning up can help a lot. I took a product called catalyst that helped with mine-- but truly a balanced/healthy diet and lots of water is a very good starting point.
